Emily's room

Grandma Cathy and Mommy painted Emily's room today. Emily wanted the fence down because she is a big girl. The color matches part of the bed spread. Emily picked out the bed spread and then the wall color. A desk will be added to the room in the near future.

Talent Show

Emiy, Grace and 4 friends did a dance and cheer for the school talent show.
Aaron's class performed Thriller for the talent show.

2010

It has been a very busy beginning for 2010. We have had many fun family activities. I have finally caught up on pictures and posts. There are some new ones below.
Tonight we celebrated Mitchell's 16th birthday. I can't believe he is sixteen. He is a fabulous young man.
Next weekend Cathy and I will be painting Emily's room. She says she is a big girl now and wants a new color and design.
Aaron will be trying out for baseball in 2 weeks. He will also be moving up to Boy Scouts in a month. Our wonderful kids are growing up fast.

Last Pinewood Derby

Aaron and Emily competed in the Pinewood Derby today. Aaron received 2nd place for his den. Emily received a participation medal.

Emily was able to take part in a pee wee cheer camp last week. She then performed at Lakewood High School's varsity basketball game. She loves cheer leading. She and 5 other girls, including Gracie, will be performing in the school talent show next week.

Dancing at the Pepsi Center

Grandpa Dan took Aaron to his clock table. He was able to hold the game ball before it was used. Aaron was able to bump fists with the players as they went to the floor. It was a great night for him.



Aaron was able to perform at the Pepsi Center before a Nuggets' game. The class danced to Michael Jackson's Thriller.

Arrow of Light

In December Aaron received his Arrow of Light for Cub Scouts. This is the highest award for a cub scout. He will be crossing over to Boy Scouts on February 18.
